Weekend 1/17 and 1/18

This is me (Ellie) at the wings place eating my sweet potatoes- I love them!!

Last weekend was full of visiting friends and family! First with my grandparents ( The Walters) and then Grandma Finlay came in town. I saw Debbie and Nat- Nat's new house and then we had lunch too. I even got to see my GREAT grandparents but i was pretty fussy by that time. Cant wait for this weekend with my daddy!! - dictated by Ellie 1/23/09

Nanny- We love her!!

So, this is Nanny Monica and Elisabeth. She is working out quite well. She reads, and sings, and loves on Ellie, when I cant be there to do it! I stopped getting her dressed in the mornings because I kept coming home and Ellie would be dressed head to toe in her sunday's finest. Hair bows, frilly socks and pretty dresses!

New Nanny- Monica Poppins

Monica, the new nanny, started today. I interviewed 5 women with the help of my Dad and got my first choice! She seems like a very nice, happy person and bright too. She seemed to really get excited about Elisabeth and Elisabeth laughed in return. Lets keep our fingers crossed that this one is a keeper! If she makes it past the first week mark then I will let you know!!
